WhatsApp & messages

After a call, Bonnie can send the caller a WhatsApp message with whatever helps them: a menu, a booking link, your location, or a contact address. If WhatsApp is not available on the caller's number, she can fall back to SMS.

How it works

What Bonnie can send

Set it up

In your post-call prompt (the Tasks tab of your assistant), define when Bonnie sends a WhatsApp and what it contains. For example: "If the caller asked about the menu, send the menu link by WhatsApp." Include the exact links and email addresses you want Bonnie to use.

This also keeps email addresses and links off the call itself: instead of reading a link out loud, Bonnie offers to send it by WhatsApp.

Bonnie does not read URLs or email addresses out on the call, they are hard to hear and easy to mistype. She offers to send them by WhatsApp instead. So if you want a caller to get a link, set it up as a post-call WhatsApp, not as something Bonnie says.
